Michael P. Bradley

Michael P. Bradley has been an owner
of Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney since 1979,
was the managing director of the firm from 1980-1995,
and has again been serving as managing director
since 2000. Mr. Bradley handles all forms of civil
litigation, with emphasis on defending professionals
sued for malpractice. He has tried over forty
cases to jury verdict. He is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member
of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
Mr. Bradley's practice is diverse.
He has represented founders in their corporate
initial public offering and has provided legal
counseling in corporate business matters, including
franchising, trademarks, real estate, licensing,
employment, and securities. He has represented
clients on multimillion dollar business purchases,
including golf courses, software ventures, hotels and
power plants; and has negotiated and drafted various
corporate business contracts, including licensing,
employment contracts, and joint venture agreements. Mr. Bradley also serves as national trial counsel for a major mass tort defendant.
Mr. Bradley is past president of the Board of Advisors of the San Francisco Womens Rehabilitation Foundation and serves on the Board of Trustees
and Advisors of the Marine Corps Military Academy
in Harlingen, Texas. He serves on the State Bar
Committee for Professional Liability Insurance.
He was named one of California's premier legal
malpractice trial lawyers in California Lawyer
magazine. He was also named a Super Lawyer of
Northern California.
