Mr. Cebrian handles all forms of civil litigation in state and federal court, with an emphasis on defending lawyers and law firms against malpractice claims. His areas of practice also include litigation, legal malpractice, healthcare malpractice, elder abuse, personal injury, real estate, premises liability, product liability, and franchise law.

Mr. Cebrian also represents plaintiffs in cases involving whistleblower and wrongful termination. He has tried cases to jury verdict and has brought many more cases to conclusion through Alternative Dispute Resolution.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Cebrian advises small to mid-size businesses and real estate developers regarding start-up, formation, management, sales and acquisitions.
