Thomas J. D'Amato is a member of Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney in San Francisco's
Financial District.
Mr. D'Amato handles all forms of civil litigation in state and federal court, with an
emphasis on defending lawyers and law firms. His areas of practice include complex
commercial litigation, professional negligence and fiduciary breach, Common Interest
Developments, personal injury (including catastrophic brain injury and seizure), real
estate, employment and appellate advocacy. Mr. D'Amato also represents plaintiffs to
recover for personal injury and business losses. He has tried cases to jury verdict,
as well as, bench trials, and has brought many more cases to conclusion through
dispositive motions and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. D'Amato provides advice and counsel to
small to mid-size businesses, homeowners' associations, and political organizations
and candidates.
