Thomas J. D’Amato

Shareholder

Mr. D’Amato maintains an active litigation and trial practice in state and federal courts, and in administrative proceedings before regulatory and government agencies. Chief among his areas of practice are professional liability, business disputes, intellectual property, real estate, employment and personal injury. Mr. D’Amato also regularly represents clients in appellate courts.

In addition, Mr. D’Amato serves as outside general counsel to individuals and business. Through his team approach, Mr. D’Amato provides a broad range of business, transactional, employment, real estate, intellectual property and risk management services.

Mr. D’Amato is active in civic and charitable affairs and currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors for Diablo Valley Montessori School in Lafayette, California. He is a Member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, San Francisco Lodge No. 3. Mr. D’Amato is also a hobby backyard farmer, actively pursuing his passion for farm and food related issues.
