Kelly D. Fair joined Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney in September 2006. She assists clients in a variety of transactional matters, including entity formation, financing, regulatory and licensing matters, compliance, contracts, and risk management. Ms. Fair also represents individuals and businesses in all phases of litigation before the state and federal courts of California. Ms. Fair's litigation practice emphasizes business and contract disputes, premises liability, and intellectual property matters.

Ms. Fair is licensed to practice law in the State of California and is admitted to all federal district courts in California.
