John H. Feeney joined the firm in 1979 and became a named shareholder in 1986.
Mr. Feeney specializes in complex
civil litigation. He has successfully tried multimillion
dollar personal injury actions. He defends class
action lawsuits and has served as regional counsel
in Federal District Multi District Litigation
involving thousands of plaintiffs. He has successfully litigated
cases ranging from product liability and professional
liability to civil rights and unfair debt collection
practices. His practice has emphasized legal,
medical and architects and engineers defense as
well as defending product liability actions for
sports equipment and medical device manufacturers.
Mr. Feeney has tried more than 30 cases to verdict. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates.
