Jason E. Fellner

Mr. Fellner received his undergraduate degree in Political Science
from the University of California, San Diego in 2002. He earned his
J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2006. While
in law school, Mr. Fellner served as articles editor for the USF
Journal of Law & Social Challenges (2005), received CALI Awards in
International Business Transactions (Fall 2004) and Securities Regulation
(Spring 2006), was twice awarded the Arthur C. Zief Scholarship for
contributions to the student community (2004 & 2006), and co-chaired the
California Water Law Symposium (2006).
Mr. Fellner has clerked for the Office of Chief Counsel at the Department
of Water Resources in Sacramento as well as for the California Attorney
General's Office in San Francisco. In addition, he externed for
then-Presiding Judge Robert L. Dondero at the San Francisco Superior
Court where he worked extensively on the Proposition 65 Tuna Canner Case:
People ex rel. Lockyer v. Tri-Union Seafoods, LLC, 2006 WL 1544384
(Cal.Superior). Immediately after law school, Mr. Fellner clerked for
Judge Peter J. Busch in the San Francisco Superior Court's Law and Motion
Department. Currently, he serves as a trustee for the California Water
Law Symposium and as a Commissioner for the City of Millbrae's Parks
and Recreation Commission.
Mr. Fellner was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2006.
