Bart Flood
Associate
Mr. Flood represents businesses and individuals in all phases of civil litigation. His practice includes business, professional liability, real estate and insurance litigation. Mr. Flood counsels clients in a variety of matters related to real estate disputes, insurance defense, fraud, breach of contract and professional malpractice claims.
Prior to joining Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney, Mr. Flood clerked as a legal research attorney for the Honorable Ernest H. Goldsmith in the San Francisco Superior Court.
Highlights
While in law school, Mr. Flood was a judicial extern for Chief Justice Ronald M. George of the California Supreme Court and the Honorable Michael M. Anello of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. Mr. Flood was also active in the Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation’s after school program, tutoring elementary school children.
