Prior to joining Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney, Mr. Foote clerked at the United States Department of Justice, Civil Division, where he conducted damages valuation and settlement analysis in cases arising under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA) and the Clean Water Act.
