Mr. Girarde was born and raised in San Francisco, California. He practices a variety of commercial and civil litigation in state and federal courts, including professional liability, employment litigation, labor law, products liability, civil rights, contracts, premises liability and insurance coverage. Although Mr. Girarde focuses predominantly on the defense of professionals and corporations, he also represents plaintiffs in commercial disputes. He has both bench and jury trial experience in courts throughout California, and has successfully handled several appeals in the First District Court of Appeals.

Mr. Girarde was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 1997. He is admitted to practice before all courts of the State of California, the Federal District Court of California for the Northern and Eastern Districts, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
