Timothy J. Halloran is a senior shareholder of Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney.

He is an experienced trial lawyer and civil litigator. Over the course of over 25 years in practice Mr. Halloran has tried to jury verdict, cases involving legal malpractice, medical malpractice, real estate agent malpractice, copyright and trademark infringement, personal injury, real estate, business litigation, and consumer rights. "Mr. Halloran was playing chess and the other guy was playing checkers, it was no contest." A client's comment after a verdict in his favor in 2006.

As an experienced courtroom Jury Trial lawyer, Mr. Halloran is acutely aware, that every case has the potential to go to trial and therefore must be prepared properly. Without sacrificing this attitude, Mr. Halloran is always mindful of the need for constant analysis of the risks in litigation and the benefit of settlement. His trial experience and the know-how of how to get cases resolved give clients the optimum of options for resolution. He is a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, as well as an associate with the American Board of Trial Advocates (A.B.O.T.A). Additionally, Mr. Halloran is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell.

He regularly lectures before the American Bar Association on Legal Malpractice and in various local Bar Associations on a variety of civil litigation matters. When not practicing his great passion for trial work, Tim surfs, participates in triathlons, and has written and published a novel and is currently working on his second novel.
