Brent K. Kaspar
Senior Tax Associate
Mr. Kaspar, an associate in the firm’s San Francisco office, concentrates his practice in the areas of Federal and State Taxation, White Collar Defense, and General Business Counsel. He has experience in representing companies and individuals in business planning and taxation matters including structurings, formations, operations, acquisitions, mergers, restructurings, dispositions, family business separations, bankruptcies and workouts. He also has experience in handling all types of federal and state tax controversies.
Mr. Kaspar has advised corporate counsel concerning loss prevention, regulatory matters and conducting internal investigations. He utilizes his unique combination of broad accounting experience and legal experience to provide expert business counsel to his clients.
