Mr. Keh handles all forms of civil litigation in state and federal courts with emphasis on premises liability, personal injury, products liability, business litigation, mass tort, landlord-tenant, and municipal liability defense. He has tried cases to verdict including jury trial, bench trials and arbitrations. Mr. Keh has brought countless cases to conclusion through dispositive motions or Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has also successfully secured voluntary dismissals of his clients from potentially expensive litigation.
