Steven A. Kronenberg

Mr. Kronenberg (who is not related to shareholder William Kronenberg) is a
Senior Associate with the firm. His practice group has extensive experience
in litigating cases with short deadlines and achieving favorable results.
Mr. Kronenberg's practice areas include business litigation, products liability,
professional liability, and catastrophic personal injury claims. He is also
developing a food allergy litigation practice.
Mr. Kronenberg's experience includes handling matters from their inception
through appeal. He has participated in eight trials and a binding arbitration,
achieving favorable results in each matter. Mr. Kronenberg also has extensive
experience with successfully resolving matters by summary judgment and mediation.
Mr. Kronenberg earned his Juris Doctor degree at Temple University in 2001,
where he was a Staff Member and Symposium Editor for the Temple Political and
Civil Rights Law Review. He also received transcript notations for Distinguished
Class Performance in Trial Advocacy, Political and Civil Rights, and
Administrative Law. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University
of Pennsylvania, where he completed an Honors Major in Psychology.
Mr. Kronenberg lives in Oakland, where he enjoys working on home improvement
projects, cooking, and hiking.

San Joaquin County Superior Court action no. CV 023989, summary judgment
granted for wholesale surplus lines insurance broker in professional
liability action, September 2007.
- Raymond v. Martinez
Kern County Superior Court action no. S-1500-CV 255941 SPC, summary judgment
granted for subcontractor who allegedly negligently resurfaced a swimming
pool, resulting in quadriplegic injuries, November 2006.
- Adams v. West Coast Protection
Alameda County Superior Court action no. RG04188513, defense verdict
in wrongful death trial, May 2005 (second chair).
