Steven A. Kronenberg

Director

Mr. Kronenberg is an experienced litigator whose practice includes business litigation, products liability, professional liability, and catastrophic personal injury claims. He has extensive experience with handling matters from their inception through appeal.

Mr. Kronenberg also offers outside general counsel services for the food processing and retail foodservice industries. His practice includes regulatory compliance, risk management, and litigation defense, including product liability and employment matters

Representative Cases

Said v. BTV Development, Sacramento Superior Court action no. 34-2009-00044475 (March 2011). Summary judgment granted for general contractor against employee of subcontractor.

Evans v. KDF City Towers, Alameda County Superior Court action no. RG07344884 (December 2010). Summary judgment granted against parent plaintiffs re: alleged wrongful death of child falling from apartment window. (Plaintiffs have appealed.)

Roman v. Doc Bailey Construction Equipment, Alameda Superior Court action no. RG07338248 (July 2010, second chair). Defense verdict for repairer of aerial device in wrongful death trial.

Beninati v. Black Rock City, LLC (2009) 175 Cal.App.4th 650. Court of Appeal for the First District unanimously affirmed summary judgment for promoter of Burning Man Festival under primary assumption of the risk doctrine.

Adams v. West Coast Protection, Alameda County Superior Court action no. RG04188513 (June 2006, second chair). Defense verdict for security guard and company in wrongful death trial.
