William S. Kronenberg

Mr. Kronenberg is a shareholder in the San Francisco Office,
admitted to the State Bar of California
in 1988. His practice is focused on the defense
of professional liability, premises liability,
personal injury, products liability, insurance,
and bad faith actions. Mr. Kronenberg maintains
an active trial practice and has tried cases
in the Superior Courts of Alameda, Contra Costa, Placer, San Francisco,
San Mateo, and Sonoma Counties as well as the United States District Court for
the Northern District of California, the 19th District Court of McClennan County, Texas, and the Circuit Court of Richland County, South Carolina.
In addition to his trial practice,
Mr. Kronenberg counsels small businesses
and individuals in risk management and dispute
avoidance. Mr. Kronenberg also heads Murphy, Pearson,
Bradley & Feeney's mass tort Fen-Phen litigation
program, and conducts Settlement Conferences by appointment of the San Francisco Superior Court under the Bar Association of San Francisco's Early Settlement Program.
