Kerry Laiw

Ms. Laiw’s practice focuses primarily on litigation matters for business and professional clients. Her practice areas include professional liability, catastrophic personal injury claims, real estate, premises liability, insurance, employment, business litigation, and products liability matters. She has also successfully represented clients in mediations, arbitrations and appeals. Ms. Laiw has previous experience in transactional work involving real property in San Francisco, including common interest developments, residential and commercial landlord-tenant agreements, easement agreements, title issues, and lease agreements.
