Keith is a Tax Counsel at Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney.
Keith's educational background encompasses both law and
accounting; he is licensed both as an attorney and a CPA.
His practice areas include representing CPA, accountant,
and tax preparer clients to resolve tax malpratice matters
and tax controversies. He also assists business and individual
clients in optimally structuring their transactions from a tax
perspective.
Prior to joining MPBF, Keith worked for twelve (12) years at a
CPA's malpractice insurance carrier. During that time, he
addressed CPAs' tax malpractice issues and resolution. Prior to
that, he was tax manager at a Silicon Valley CPA firm.
