Tanis Leuthold represents individuals and businesses in such diverse matters as professional liability and malpractice, business litigation, personal injury, construction and employment.
Ms. Leuthold is a cum laude graduate from U.C. Hastings College of the Law. Ms. Leuthold came to Murphy, Pearson, Bradley and Feeney with legal experience in-house at Google Inc., from a large west coast law firm and from the U.S. Attorney's office. Her varied legal experience allows Ms. Leuthold to best serve the legal and business needs of her clients.
Gil Kim v. Westmoore Partners, Inc., et al. (2011) Prevailed in reversing a $30 million default judgment on appeal and in doing so obtained a 32- page published Fourth District decision.

Ms. Leuthold is a member of the Edward J. McFetridge American Inn of Court where she participates in monthly programs and discussions on pressing legal issues and matters of ethics and professionalism.
As an active member of the San Francisco Bar Association, Ms. Leuthold coaches Lowell High School's mock trial team in an annual statewide competition. Last year, her team received more awards than any other Bay Area school in the competition. Ms. Leuthold is also a member of the Housing Negotiation Project where she does pro bono work representing individuals. Ms. Leuthold is a supporter of the Bar Association's Diversity Pipeline Program, annually participating in their charity golf tournament Putting for the Pipeline.
Ms. Leuthold serves on the board of directors for the University of Colorado Alumni Association, Northern California Chapter. She is also a member of the Defense Research Institute.
