Aaron K. McClellan represents clients in civil and business litigation actions in addition to counseling clients regarding general business, employment and intellectual property matters.

Prior to joining Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney in 1999, Mr. McClellan was an attorney with Maguire & Gahan in San Rafael, CA. He currently sits as President of the Law Society Board of Governors for the University of San Francisco, School of Law, and is also a member of the American Inns of Court. He is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California, as well as the Federal District Court for the State of California, Northern and Eastern Districts, as well as the Ninth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeal. He is a member of the California and San Francisco Bar Associations.

An avid sportsman, as an undergraduate Mr. McClellan was an All-Conference offensive lineman and a two-time Academic All-American for the University of Pacific's Division I football team, in addition to being named the Big West Conference's Scholar-Athlete of the Year in 1995. He also enjoys the game of rugby, having played for both the San Francisco-based Golden Gate Rugby Club and the University of Pacific.
