Mr. Nguyen’s practice focuses on all aspects of civil litigation, including litigation of commercial matters and professional liability.
Mr. Nguyen was previously a patent agent and legal intern in the Office of the Chief Counsel at NASA Ames Research Center. In 2003, Mr. Nguyen joined a NASA-funded technology incubator. As the incubator’s Associate Director of Intellectual Property, Mr. Nguyen provided intellectual property procurement and technology licensing counsel to startup and midsize companies in mechanical, chemical, and computer-related arts.
Immediately prior to joining Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney, Mr. Nguyen completed a judicial clerkship with Los Angeles Superior Court. As a coverage judicial law clerk, Mr. Nguyen gained extensive exposure to trial advocacy and law and motion practice while researching and drafting recommended rulings for over 35 judicial officers.
Mr. Nguyen is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of California and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office
