Mark S. Perelman has spent his entire legal career at Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney. After graduating from Hastings College of the Law in 1985, he became an associate with the firm, and in 1991 he became a shareholder.

For the past 20 years, Mr. Perelman has specialized in civil litigation and the representation of professionals sued for malpractice. Specifically, Mr. Perelman has focused on representing lawyers, real estate brokers and insurance brokers. His experience with real estate litigation has enabled him to become a member of the California Association of Realtors' panel council. Mr. Perelman's practiced also includes the defense of individuals and companies in employment related disputes. He has expertly litigated the wide range of claims arising in the workplace, including breach of contract, defamation, discrimination and wrongful termination.
