Summer M. Smith's practice focuses primarily on the defense of professionals, most frequently attorneys, CPAs, architects and engineers, and their firms. Her practice also involves defending claims of malicious prosecution, abuse of process, and intentional torts in state and federal courts. Ms. Smith joined Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney in 2002 after attending UC Davis and University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law.
