Denise Umali-Do
Associate
Ms. Umali-Do handles a wide range of cases including personal injury, professional liability, class action, construction defect (particularly subsidence/soil-related issues), product liability and business disputes. She is also experienced in insurance coverage matters, including insurance bad faith litigation. She is well-versed in all phases of litigation, from pre-trial discovery through arbitration/trial.
Ms. Umali-Do received her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles and her Juris Doctorate degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. While at Pepperdine University, Ms. Umali-Do was also a student at the Strauss Institute, where she earned a Masters in Dispute Resolution and served as a volunteer court mediator through the program.
