Erik P. Weiss joined Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney in March 2006.
He represents individuals and corporate clients in all phases of civil and business
litigation before state and federal courts in California. Mr. Weiss' practice
emphasizes professional liability defense, personal injury, and products liability
actions. He also has experience representing law firms in complex civil litigation
involving patent, commercial, and tax matters.
Mr. Weiss is licensed to practice law in the State of California and
is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Central
and Southern Districts of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for
the Ninth Circuit.
