Steven Yuen

Mr. Yuen is an associate in the San Francisco
office of Murphy, Pearson, Bradley and Feeney. His current
practice areas include class action, construction, and
premises liability litigation matters.
After serving four years in the United
States Air Force, Mr. Yuen attended San Francisco State University,
where he earned a B.A. in sociology. He attended Golden Gate
University School of Law and graduated with his J.D. in 2003.
During law school, he served as the Intellectual Property Editor
for the Golden Gate University Law Review. He was awarded Witkin
awards for scholastic achievement in U.S. Trademark Law, and
Intellectual Property Law courses, as well as a CALI award in
Internet and Software Law.
While in law school, Mr. Yuen clerked for the
Tokyo intellectual property firm of Matsubara, Muraki & Associates,
the San Francisco Public Defenders Office, and Weiss & Associates.
After graduation, he returned to Weiss & Associates as an attorney
practicing in the areas of copyright, personal injury, employment,
and business litigation matters until November of 2004, and later
joined the north bay offices of Brayton Purcell LLP. In February
of 2007, he joined Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney. Mr. Yuen
is licensed to practice law in all courts within the state of
California, and is a member of the Asian American Bar Association.
