Peter J. Zomber, Esq. is the Managing Partner of the Los Angeles office of Murphy, Pearson, Bradley & Feeney.

Mr. Zomber has tried in excess of 50 jury trials to verdict in California, Oklahoma and Washington, and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He specializes in the representation of hospitals and professionals sued for malpractice, as well as manufacturers sued for products liability. In addition, Mr. Zomber has tried property dispute cases, assault & battery, premises liability, FELA, employment, as well as business litigation matters in both state and federal courts.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Zomber is well recognized as an expert in the area of defense of therapists, both in state court as well as before The Board of Behavioral Science Examiners. Mr. Zomber also has represented numerous physicians and other professionals before the Medical Board and in Administrative hearings. He is an often requested mediator, selected both through the court system as well as privately. Mr. Zomber has also lectured on a wide range of subjects for hospitals and for manufacturers.
