MPBF attorneys John Feeney and Steve Chu achieved a defense verdict following a jury trial lasting nearly three weeks in Alameda County Superior Court. After over a day of deliberations, a jury found in favor of MPBF’s clients in the legal malpractice action of Jen v. The Medlin Real Estate Law Group (Alameda County Case No. RG03102267).

The underlying case involved the representation of a client through a complex series of unsuccessful real estate transactions and the litigation that ensued as a result.

Plaintiff was represented at trial by Lipton & Hallbauer. The Honorable Judge Henry Needham presided at trial.
