A litigation associate at the San Francisco office of Murphy Pearson, Thomas counsels individual and corporate clients in a variety of matters related to civil litigation, professional liability, construction defect, premises liability, landlord/tenant, and HOA/condominium law.

Thomas’ background includes representation of clients in arbitration and litigation proceedings in state and federal courts in matters involving construction defect, commercial and real estate disputes, and insurance defense.

During law school, Thomas served as a research intern at the National Assembly Research Service in Seoul, Republic of Korea, where he researched issues related to international trade and dispute resolution, as well as the changing legal standards within the Korean-U.S. Free Trade Agreement.

When not practicing law, Thomas enjoys experiencing nature from the seat of his mountain bike.
