Anti-SLAPP Motion granted and judgment for over $20,000 in attorneys’ fees following successful defense of nonprofit attorneys sued for malpractice.
Ausselet v. WPX Courier, San Francisco Superior Court, wrongful death trial.
Lastra v. Hotel Sunrise, Assumed representation of a landlord shortly before trial in a wrongful eviction class action involving 120 tenants of an SRO hotel. After defeating class certification, a favorable settlement was achieved during a two-week jury trial in San Francisco Superior Court.
