For Those Who Love a Challenge
We seek attorneys and staff who enjoy intellectual athleticism, a strong sense of teamwork, and a supportive professional environment that recognizes skilled individuals for their superior work.
Our somewhat unique matter staffing model is built around a team approach. Teams comprised of attorneys and professional staff work together as consistent units across multiple client accounts. These teams develop communication and workflow efficiencies that allow them to more effectively serve clients. Individuals with specific cross-disciplinary expertise or experience are integrated into matters seamlessly as necessary when additional resources are required to support a matter.
We find our team model a great way to cultivate more junior lawyers, providing them the guidance and hands-on experience to become top-notch attorneys in their fields. We devote the time and effort necessary to nurture and enhance our associates’ talents and skills through active mentoring and engagement in pro bono representations. Our mock trial program receives high marks from both our attorneys and participating clients (who can receive MCLE credit) as an engaging way for attorneys to hone their trial skills when they might not see the inside of a courtroom often in their early careers. Our ultimate objective is to foster our associates’ success and long-term commitment to our firm, the community, and our mission.
For lateral attorneys joining the firm, starting a team or integrating with an existing team ensures that they are given the support necessary to ease the transition of learning to navigate firm resources and to ultimately build a satisfying practice. Our growth strategy includes identifying attorneys to complement and deepen our bench strength in current practice and geographic areas. Even when we are not advertising a specific position, we’re always interested in meeting attorneys who might be a great fit. If you think you might be that attorney, please contact us.
Our team approach to matter staffing extends to our professional staff. Legal assistants and administrative personnel are an important component of what makes a successful team. Working closely with the attorney teams, staff members find satisfying opportunities for professional and personal growth.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
We are committed to building a more diverse workplace that is inclusive and supportive. We know that more diverse perspectives and experiences make for better teams. As we continue to grow our offices, we’re interested in finding candidates who bring unique perspectives and skills.
