Jerry Kipper is a senior associate who joined Murphy Pearson in 2024. He has dedicated his practice to consulting on and resolving his clients’ legal issues in a variety of areas, including products liability, wrongful death, personal injury, commercial disputes, partnership and corporate disputes, construction defect, employment disputes, and sexual misconduct allegations.
He has guided clients to early resolution of disputes through prelitigation negotiations and mediation. He has also taken clients through private arbitration, initiating and responding to lawsuits in state and federal courts, and navigating the entire litigation process.
Jerry has represented national and international manufacturers and retailers in responding to products liability claims and in handling product recalls through the CPSC. He has represented designers and contractors in defending against defect claims and in seeking payment on outstanding invoices. He has represented owners and joint venturers in breach of fiduciary duty cases, and he has represented clients in defending against personal injury, wrongful death, and vicarious liability claims.
Before becoming an attorney, Jerry lived overseas teaching in Taiwan and laboring on a cattle station in the Australian Outback. Outside of the office, he enjoys live music and travelling to new countries. Contact sports like boxing and Muay Thai and honing the art of baking are passions of his.
