Gerald (Jerry) is an associate practicing out of Murphy Pearson’s San Francisco office. He has experience in a variety of litigation matters including product liability defense and commercial contract disputes.
After spending a few years teaching English in Taiwan and felling mulga trees for cattle to eat in Australia, Jerry developed an outside-the-box perspective to resolving issues. This perspective has been applied to a variety of cases, including arbitration of international, multi-million dollar disputes involving long-term supply contracts and tech startups, products liability lawsuits, navigating multi-national product recalls for manufacturers, and a variety of commercial disputes.
When he’s not practicing law, you’ll find Jerry training Muay Thai, traveling to new countries, and baking pastries.
