Licensed to practice in the states of both California and Washington, Hollyanne is a litigation associate based in Murphy Pearson’s San Francisco office. She counsels clients in a variety of matters related to professional liability, business and corporate transactions, trusts and estates, and all forms of civil litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Hollyanne gained experience representing corporate and business clients and advising community associations on their operations and transactions, including real property issues and statutory compliance with California’s Davis-Stirling Act and other statutes applicable to common interest developments. For a Seattle-based firm, she advised on trust and probate law, including on matters of estate taxes, guardianships, and community property matters.
When not actively practicing law, Hollyanne is an acrylic and oil-based painter creating flowers, portraits, and coastal landscapes. She also enjoys bike riding, swimming, and writing short stories.
