Joshua is an associate practicing out of Murphy Pearson’s San Francisco office. He counsels clients on a variety of matters relating to business and corporate transactions and litigation, intellectual property, sports and entertainment, white-collar defense, and all forms of civil litigation.
While in law school, Joshua interned at a public medical device company where he worked on transactional matters, regulatory compliance, and intellectual property. As a law student, Joshua received his Corporate Specialization Certificate with Honors from the High Tech Law Institute at Santa Clara University School of Law and participated in the Entrepreneurs’ Law Clinic. Joshua also served on the Executive Board of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Joshua has an undergraduate degree from Boston University in Health Sciences.
