Based in Murphy Pearson’s San Francisco office, Linda is a senior litigation associate whose practice areas include professional liability, products liability, premises liability, and all forms of civil litigation.
Linda earned her B.A. from New York University and M.A. in Art History and Archeology from the Institute of Fine Arts, New York University. She earned her J.D. from the UC Davis School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Linda gained experience working at the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) Legal Division. During law school, Linda worked at an immigration law firm based in Sacramento and represented indigent clients as part of UC Davis’s Immigration Law Clinic
