Based in Murphy Pearson’s Seattle office, Miguel is an associate whose practice areas include intellectual property, business law, employment law and civil litigation.
Before joining the firm, Miguel served as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Theresa L. Fricke for the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington. As a Judicial Law Clerk, Miguel gained extensive experience working on every stage of complex federal litigations. During law school, Miguel worked as a research assistant for Professor Dana Robinson assisting in drafting and editing the textbook Trademark Prosecution and Practice Before the USPTO.
