Nanaki is an associate based in Murphy Pearson’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining the firm, Nanaki gained experience in IP and civil litigation at a San Francisco-based litigation firm, and advised on CCPA and GDPR compliance during an in-house externship at a global technology company. Before law school, she worked in client-facing roles at technology and fintech companies, giving her a practical understanding of the industries she serves.
Nanaki received her J.D., with an Intellectual Property Law Certificate with Honors, from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where she served as Senior Articles Editor of the Intellectual Property & Technology Law Journal and President of both the Business Law Association and South Asian Law Students Association. She holds a B.A. from the University of British Columbia.
