Based in Murphy Pearson’s San Francisco office, Nicholas is a litigation associate whose practice includes white collar defense, stemming from investigations conducted by federal, state, and local enforcement agencies; internal corporate investigations, involving employee misconduct and corporate compliance; professional liability, for attorneys sued for malpractice; business and corporate transactions; and all forms of litigation. In addition, Nicholas represents clients in the areas of data privacy and cybersecurity.
While attending the UC Law San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), Nicholas was the Editor in Chief of the Business Law Journal. Additionally, he clerked for the United States Attorney’s Office (Organized Crime Strike Force), where he helped prosecute members of domestic and international crime syndicates. Finally, Nicholas was a Student Associate for Startup Legal Garage, where he provided legal services for technology startup clients in the Bay Area.
