A litigation senior associate practicing out of Murphy Person’s San Francisco office, Tina has a broad range of experience representing companies, individuals, and nonprofits in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. Tina counsels clients in a variety of matters relating to professional liability, cybersecurity, construction, medical malpractice, general liability, and defense of directors and officers serving on the Boards of Directors for non-profit and for profit corporations.
She has represented attorneys, accountants, homeowners’ associations, hospitals, general contractors, subcontractors, commercial property owners, and professional athletic teams in all phases of litigation. Tina has extensive law and motion practice and has prevailed on many motions for summary judgment, and anti-SLAPP motions. Tina has successfully achieved a defense verdict on behalf of her clients on several bench and jury trials, as well as in her appellate advocacy.
