Murphy Pearson Announces the Elevation of three Associates to Director: Heather Barnes, Dina Zagari, and Suzie Tagliere

Heather Barnes began her career at Murphy Pearson Bradley & Feeney in November 2009 in the firm’s Sacramento office. Heather’s practice includes representation of individuals and businesses in professional liability, general business litigation, real estate, and complex litigation matters. She has obtained favorable results for clients ranging from dismissal to settlement. Heather is also an Associate Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America, a trial lawyer honorary society whose membership is limited to less than one-half of one percent of Northern American lawyers, judges and scholars.

Dina Zagari joined the firm after graduating from USF School of Law in June 2012. She counsels clients in a variety of matters related to corporate business disputes, public relations, intellectual property and civil and criminal investigations. Dina is also experienced in corporate formation and company management of matters involving unfair competition, theft, misappropriation, breach of contract, and corporate compliance. Dina is proud to have professional, personal and philanthropic ties in Marin, San Francisco and Sonoma counties. Dina was also recognized as a Northern California Rising Star by Super Lawyers magazine.

Suzie Tagliere began her career at the firm in August 2017. Suzie has extensive experiencing in representing healthcare facilities, physicians, and other professionals in professional liability defense with an emphasis in medical malpractice. She is passionate about solving problems for her clients and uses a creative solutions approach to her cases. Suzie prides herself on being honest and compassionate throughout all phases of litigation.
