The firm is pleased to announce the elevation of Nicole Engler to Director. Since joining the firm in 2020, Nicole has drawn on more than two decades of experience in business and executive coaching to skillfully represent clients across a broad range of professional liability matters. Her recent accomplishments include securing a motion for summary judgment in a complex real estate transaction dispute, resulting in a full dismissal for lack of causation. Nicole also achieved successful resolutions in two significant employment PAGA/class action matters, representing both a fast-food franchisee and a healthcare agency.
