Firm Welcomes Three New Associates

Murphy Pearson welcomes three new associates, Matthew J. Frauenfeld, Lauren Holappa and Kai’Ree Howard, to the San Francisco litigation team this month.

Matthew’s represents clients in litigation in a variety of areas including professional liability and commercial litigation. He also advises clients on corporate and data privacy compliance. As a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) with the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), he advises clients in matters involving privacy and cyber security. As a Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) with the Society Corporate Compliance and Ethics (CCEP) he advises on corporate governance and ABAC issues (Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery).

Lauren counsels clients in a variety of matters in all forms of civil litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Lauren focused on insurance defense. During her time at the University of San Diego School of Law, she clerked for a variety of law firms specializing in constitutional, criminal, and personal injury law.

Kai’Ree’s practice areas include a variety of matters relating to professional liability, employment, real estate, trust & estates, and all forms of civil litigation. A proud San Francisco native, Kai’Ree is committed to inspiring and mentoring the younger generation, as well as uplifting and serving her local community.
