Lassart Obtains Defense Verdict in Assault Trial

Shareholder James A. Lassart obtained a defense verdict in a case brought against his client, a former American Airlines pilot, accused of sexual assault and harassment.

The eight-person California federal jury cleared the pilot in the multimillion dollar civil case brought on by two flight attendants who claimed the pilot assaulted and harassed them in a hotel elevator.
