The firm is pleased to announce the elevation of Tyra Mendez to Director.
Tyra’s practice focuses on legal malpractice defense, real estate broker and insurance broker defense, defense of Directors & Officers, employment law, personal injury, and general business litigation. Among her notable successes, Tyra secured a summary judgment victory in a legal malpractice arbitration last year.
Most recently, she played a key role in a major automobile injury case that ultimately settled for substantially less than the plaintiff’s pretrial demand. In addition, her appellate practice includes obtaining a published decision after arguing before the First District Court of Appeal on a SLAPP motion.
