MPBF is pleased to announce the elevation of Tina L. Li to Director. Tina joined the firm in March 2022, and has significant experience counseling clients in matters relating to professional liability, cybersecurity, construction, medical malpractice, general liability, and defense of directors and officers. Tina obtained a defense verdict on behalf of a homeowner’s association, was granted anti-SLAPP motion in an action against a homeowner’s association and its directors, and obtained judgment in favor of her client against a former director of a homeowner’s association.
